VIP "TRAINER FOR A DAY"
The Gulfarium’s VIP “Trainer for a Day” animal encounter is the experience of a lifetime! This fully-immersive program teaches participants what it takes to be a marine mammal trainer, through practice training and caring for the park’s residents. Those ages 13 and up will be able to learn about marvelous marine life through up-close encounters, educational chats, and more!
DISCOVER DOLPHINS ENCOUNTER
This dazzling dockside dolphin encounter in an enchanting experience the whole family will love! Participants will get to pet and feed an Atlantic bottlenose dolphin, and even take a photo with your new flippered friend. This fun and unforgettable activity is for ages 5 and up, and is sure to be the highlight of any trip to Destin-FWB!

Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park FAQ
The Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is located in Fort Walton Beach, right next to The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. Their physical address is 1010 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32548. The Gulfarium is about 5 miles away from the HarborWalk Village in Destin, and just over a mile away from downtown Fort Walton Beach.
Ample free parking is available onsite. Please be aware, however, that traffic and parking can be hectic during the spring and summer months. It is recommended to arrive early, and allow yourself plenty of time to travel and park.
Visiting the Gulfarium on Okaloosa Island is the perfect activity for a rainy day! Most of the park is covered, with some indoor areas, as well. However, it is still recommended to check the weather and plan accordingly, as some parts of the park are completely outdoors.
Animal encounters and programs are just one of the amazing activities offered at the Gulfarium! General admission tickets do not include animal encounters, and they must be purchased separately. If you do purchase an animal encounter, you will also need to purchase a general admission ticket to enter the park, as well.
Unfortunately, coolers and outside food and beverages are prohibited. However, concessions are available onsite, with affordable options including sodas, nachos, cheeseburgers, sandwiches, popcorn, and more!
